Aero Panels and deflectors
With Parlok Aero panels you can build up an aerodynamic sideguard system consisting of straight and wheel arch panels as well as front and rear deflectors.
The Parlok Aero panels for sideguard system's function is to reduce the turbulence under and drag behind the trailer by directing the airflow more economically past the trailer. According to CFD simulations and track tests the Parlok sideguard comes up to 13% in drag reduction and over 5% in fuel consumption measured for a combination of towing vehicle with standard semi-trailer.
Aero panels are made of polypropylene PP. The height of the Aero panel is 720 mm while the length can be customised. Standard delivery is in 1600 mm parts that can be combined as needed. Thickness of the Aero panel is 4-4,5 mm.
