Together with Stealth 42 brackets, Parlok WL Quarter gathers an ensemble of light, durable and inexpensive range of cost effective possibilities in mudguard mounting. The assembly is easy and the special qualities of S42 bracket prevent the quarter mudguard to spin round the support tube.
